入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of cirrhosis with minimal hepatic encephalopathy.
排除标准
- •History of any episode of overt hepatic encephalopathy.
- •History of shunt surgery or TIPSS
- •Electrolyte imbalance
- •Evidence of infection
- •History of recent use of psychotropic drugs
- •Hepatocellular Carcinoma
- •Severe Medical problem like CHF,Pulmonary disease,neurological and psychiatric disorders
- •History of alcohol intake in last one month
- •History of intake of lactulose rifaximine, LOLA or probiotics inlast one month
- •History of GI bleed in last one month
- •Patient with acute on chronic liver failure
