Inclusion Criteria
Adult individuals over 18 years old will be included; both genders; carriers of chronic cardiorespiratory diseases; with a maximum of forty-eight hours of hospitalization; signed the Informed Consent Term (TCLE).
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with hemodynamic instability; morbid obesity; diagnosed with neuromuscular diseases; and who have lesions on the skin at the site to be electro-stimulated will be excluded.
