1.ASA I and II
2.Patients scheduled for Single segment spine instrumentation surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1.Diabetes mellitus
2.Patients with cardiac, renal, liver diseases.
3.Patient taking opioids preoperatively.
4.Uncooperative patients
