1. All patients undergoing surgical intervention for complex fractures at Dept of Orthopaedics, Base Hospital Delhi Cantt.
2. All patients undergoing arthroscopy and arthroplasty at Dept of Orthopaedics, Base Hospital Delhi Cantt.
3. Age group: All adult patients in the age group between 20 to 80 years.
4. Both male and female
1. Patients with a history of adverse drug reaction to Acetaminophen/paracetamol, Gabapentinoids, Opioids and their derivatives.
2. Patients on Immuno-modulator therapies.
Patients with multi-system injuries involving Head injury, Abdominal trauma, Thoracic and Spine injuries and multiple fractures.
3. Patients with deranged Liver and Renal Function during pre-op evaluation.
4. Paediatric cases
5. Patients unwilling to give consent to be a part of the study.
