入选标准

  • Over the age of 18.
  • No history of diabetes (type 1 or type 2) or endocrine disorders.
  • Subjects must have undergone a physical examination within the past two years, and the most recent results show fasting blood glucose less than 100 mg/dl and hemoglobin A1c less than 5.6% (if only either one of the measurements is available, the subject is considered to meet the criteria; if neither measurement is available, the subject is deemed ineligible).
  • Can prepare a smartphone compatible with the continuous glucose monitoring device.
  • Can calculate nutritional intake using Smart Nutrition Calculator Ver. 6.0 or higher (Medical and Dental Publishing, Tokyo, Japan).

排除标准

  • A family history of diabetes.
  • BMI of 35 (kg/m^2) or higher.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
  • Have been diagnosed with depression, adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.
  • On a restricted diet as directed by their healthcare provider.
  • Taking corticosteroids.
  • Taking thiazide diuretics.
  • Taking hydroxycarbamide.
  • A history of dermatitis or skin tears caused by adhesive products such as tape.
  • A history of contact dermatitis.
  • Metal allergy.
  • A history of anaphylaxis.
