Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient diagnosed as clinical depression by a psychiatrist as per DSM\-5\.
- •Depression symptoms ranging from 14\-28 as per BDI\-II score screening.
- •Patient willing and able to participate in yoga.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Already Yoga Practitioners.
- •Patients with BDI\-II score of 29\-63(severe depression), 0\-13(minimal depression).
- •Patients taking active psychological therapies for last 3 months.
- •Patients with suicidal thoughts/attempts in the last 2 weeks
- •Patients diagnosed with psychosis.
- •Pregnant females, lactating mothers
- •Any diagnosed major psychiatric disease, neurological illness or
- •physical deformity or illnesses which may aggravate the disease
- •condition after practicing yoga (like heart failure\- NYHA III and IV, COPD stage III and IV, uncontrolled hypertension and seizure
