Inclusion Criteria

1.Children diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

2.Either gender

3.Age between 8-15 years

4.Expected survival > 1 year according to the judgement of the oncology team

Exclusion Criteria

1. Critically ill children who are unable to communicate due to severity of illness

2. Significant cognitive impairment

3. Co-morbid diagnosed psychiatric condition
