Inclusion Criteria
- •participants who received stress scores at a minimum from moderate level (Scores of 25-42), aged between 60-75 both male and female; never been treated by any drugs or alternative medicine within 1-month of recruitment; no hearing, speaking or sighting problems; living in the area of study; and willing to participate throughout the program.
