Inclusion Criteria
patient with chronic primary or secondary open angel gluacoma; patient with uncontroled intraocular pressure with maximum tolerated anti gluacoma drug and patient that cooperated for fallow up.
Exclusion criteria: patient with allerjy to mmc; patient with allergy to collagen implant; patient with normal tention glaucoma; patient with previous ocular surgery; ocular infection in 2 weeks ago; pregnancy & breast feeding; patient with uncontroled diabet & hypertention.
