Inclusion Criteria
Age 35 to 42 years
Regular spontaneous menstrual cycle (24 to 35 days)
Poor response to ovulation stimulation
Exclusion Criteria
Polycystic ovary syndrome
Stage 3 or 4 endometriosis
History of ovarian surgery

Name Time Method The ratio of oocytes obtained on the day of ovulation to the number of follicles larger and equal to 14 mm. Timepoint: ]n the intervention group 34 hours and in the control group 36 hours after trigger injection. Method of measurement: By microscope.
