- •Apparently healthy 20â??39 year old individuals, non-pregnant, non-lactating and willing to participate in the study.
- •Individuals with normal BMI (19-25 kg/m2) and fasting blood glucose between
- •70-100 mg/dl.
排除标准
- •Current illness (fever, GI disturbances, etc.,),
- •Food intolerance/allergies, sleep disorders
- •Taste/odour perception disorders, color blindness,
- •denture defects,
- •Minor infections of nose and throat,
- •Medical history of chronic diseases and comorbidities.
- •Medication that interferes with carbohydrate
- •metabolism.
