1. Both ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke.
2. First onset of supratentorial stroke
3. Either gender aged 30 to 75.
4. Stroke severity ââ?¬â?? based on NIHSS grading (minor to moderate stroke, grading ââ?°Â¤15)
1. Patients having severe cognitive-perceptual dysfunction limiting their ability to follow simple verbal instructions.
2. MOCA <26/30. (Montreal Cognitive Assessment).
3. Patients with visual field defects and peripheral vestibular disorder.
4. Musculoskeletal complexities such as Shoulder dislocation and subluxation.
ââ?¬Â¢Ã¢â?¬Å?Shoulder painââ?¬? >7/10 on numerical pain rating scale.
5. Any history of upper limb fractures in the past 4 months.
6. Any neuromuscular condition that affected both upper extremities.
