Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Acute ST Elevation myocardial infarction patients who undergo primary PCI

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Death in the first 48 hr following contrast exposure.
  • •Treated with coronary bypass surgery (i.e. not suitable for PCI).
  • •Known CKD patients on dialysis.
