1) patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, aged 19-65
2) ASA class I, II
3) informed consent
1)gastrointestinal disease (gastritis, gastric cancer)
2)pregnancy, antidepressant medication
3)chemotherapy, chronic opioid user
4)antiemetic medication within 24hr before surgery
5)allergic to study medication
6)cardiovascular, respiratory, cerebrovascular,and hapatobiliary disease
7)obesity (more than 50% greater than their ideal body weight)
8) severe diabetes mellitus (serum HbA1c > 8%)
9)use of steroids or antiemetics within 1 month of surgery
