- •Modified mallampati classification (MMT) I-III
- •Aged between 20 to 60 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
- •mouth opening ââ?°Â¥ 2 cm
- •BMI 20- 40 kg/m2

- •patient refusal
- •mouth opening less than 2 cm
- •oropharyngeal pathology
- •morbid obesity
- •risk of regurgitiation
