Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient of either gender
2. Age between 30-70 years
3. Suffering from type II DM
4. Duration of disease less than 5 years
5. Derranged autonomic functions test as detected by various tests.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with associated hypertension,
2.Patients who are already on ACEI,
3.Beta blockers or
4.aldose reductase inhibitor
5.Patients with altered KFT
6.Pregnant & lactating women
