Inclusion Criteria

1. No history of neck and shoulder pain for the past year
2. No any musculoskeletal problems/conditions that could affect outcomes (e.g. torticollis, scoliosis, back pain, ankle pain, and myofascial pain)
3. Not an athlete
4. No restriction of cervical segments as assessed by manual examination
