入选标准
- •Patients admitted in the hospital with diabetic kidney disease (according to KDIGO guidelines)
- •Age 18-75 years
- •Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (as per ADA criteria)
排除标准
- •History of cardiac disease including congenital heart diseases, rheumatic heart disease, pericardial heart disease and cardiac arrhythmias.
- •History of other causes of CKD including autoimmune disease, polycystic kidney disease, renal obstructive causes (calculi, malignancy, BPH induced).
- •Drug induced (NSAIDS) renal failure or cardiac diseases.
