Inclusion Criteria

1. Stroke patient at age of 18 or more.
2. Stroke patient with history of cough or choking while eating.
3. Stroke patient with history of aspiration pneumonia.
4. Stroke patient with nasogastric tube and not start oral feeding yet.
5. Stroke patient who want to be in this research willingly.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Stroke patient that is still in coma stage.
2. Stroke patient who isn't followed to 1-2 steps command.
3. Stroke patient who can't maintain upright 15-30 minutes.
4. Stroke patient who still has unstable medical condition.
5. Stroke patient who doesn't want to be in this research willingly.
