Inclusion Criteria
Patients with ASA physical status I/II/III , mouth opening more than 2 finger breadth, who are known hypertensives and scheduled for elective surgery with supraglottic airway devices as airway device will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who are obese ,pregnant, have known chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma or any other respiratory pathology,or history suggestive of gastrooesophageal reflux disease
