入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Male or female patients above 18 years of age.
- •2.Patients with at least one of the following clinical symptoms of HF
- •b)orthopnea
- •c)paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea
- •d)increasing fatigue / worsening exercise tolerance
- •AND at least two of the following physical signs of heart failure,
- •a)edema (greater than 2 + lower extremity)
- •b)pulmonary crackles greater than basilar
- •c)jugular venous distension
- •d)tachypnea (respiratory rate more than 20 breaths / minutes)
- •e)rapid weight gain
- •f)S3 gallop
- •g)increasing abdominal distension or ascites
- •h)hepatojugular reflux
- •i)radiological evidence of worsening HF
- •3.Patients with EF < 50%
- •4.Willing to sign informed consent.
- •5.Expected to be available for follow-up visits.
排除标准
- •1.History of recent ( < 2 months) revascularization.
- •2.Severe valvular heart disease.
- •3.History of recent ( < 2 months) acute coronary syndrome.
- •4.HF due to myocarditis
- •5.Patients with end stage renal failure (eGFR <= 15 mL/min/m2)
- •6.Acute liver disease ( Alanine transaminase >= 2 times of the upper limit of normal)
- •7.Patients admitted with cardiogenic shock.
- •8.Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
- •9.Patients undergoing chemotherapy.
- •10.Any medical condition substantially reducing life expectancy to < 1 year.
