- •Patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain for more than 6 months.
- •Patients with 4 – 8 trigger points
- •VAS more than 4.
- •Serum lactate/pyruvate ratio of more than 10 / 1.
- •Both sexes between 20-60 years.
排除标准
- •Bleeding tendency.
- •Glucose 6 phosphate deficiency.
- •Skin infection at the site of injection.
- •Systemic infection.
- •Hypersensitivity to the used medication
- •Diabetic patients
- •Recent history of steroid therapy in the last three months
