入选标准
- •Preterm neonates admitted to NICU during the study period of
- •gestational age 26 to 36+6/7 weeks, who have received invasive mechanical ventilation, surfactant atherapy and then extubated to non-invasive respiratory support (NIPPV or NCPAP).
排除标准
- •1)major congenital malformation
- •2)extubation failure within 24hrs requiring reintubation
- •3)neonatal sepsis
- •4)inotropic support in last 24 hrs
- •5)moderate to severe HIE
- •6)haemodynamically significant PDA
- •7)moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension
