入选标准
- •Age 18-70 years,
- •ASA physical status 1 to 2,
- •Both males and females,
- •Patients with head and neck malignancy undergoing major surgeries requiring nasal intubation
排除标准
- •Basal heart rate <60/min, on beta blockers,
- •Cardiac arrhythmias, Heart blocks,
- •congestive heart failure, cardiogenic shock,
- •Liver disorders with AST/ALT >2-3 times normal or renal diseases with eGFR <60 ml/min/1.73m2,
- •Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide-type local anesthetic
