Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing surgeries in whom the anticipated blood loss is more than 30% of the total blood volume (including the following surgeries, but not restricted to)
  • •a) Internal/ External hemipelvectomy
  • •b) Right hepatectomy
  • •c) Resection of \>\= 3 segments of the liver (anatomical/ non\- anatomical)
  • •2\.Presence of an invasive arterial catheter intra\-operatively.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age \<18 years
  • •2\.ASA physical status IV and above
  • •3\.Emergency surgeries
