Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to II patients undergoing elective transurethral resection of prostate surgery
  • •Prostatic volume upto 80 cc
  • •Operative time of less than 90 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
  • •Cardiopulmonary disease
  • •Hematologic disease
  • •Hyperbilirubinemia
  • •Cerebral vascular disease
  • •Peripheral vascular disease
  • •Inability to give consent
