Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to II patients undergoing elective transurethral resection of prostate surgery
- •Prostatic volume upto 80 cc
- •Operative time of less than 90 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •Cardiopulmonary disease
- •Hematologic disease
- •Hyperbilirubinemia
- •Cerebral vascular disease
- •Peripheral vascular disease
- •Inability to give consent
