Inclusion Criteria
Mature permanent teeth with irreversible pulpitis with or without apical periodontitis
Age above 18 yrs
Individuals able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Teeth in which haemostasis will not be achieved in maximum 19 minute after coronal pulp removal
Teeth with mobility, sinus tract,necrotic pulp tissue
Teeth with radiolucency at furcation area
PAI >2
Presence of internal or external root resorption
Calcified canal
Individual unable to give informed consent
