Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) planned for renal transplantation.
2.18 to 70 years, both gender
3.Both gender
4.BMI = 30 undergoing live donor renal transplantation
5.Ready to participate in the study and able to provide informed consent.
6.First transplant
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age < 18 years and > 70 years
2. Refusal to consent and
3. BMI > 30
4. Previous surgery: abdominal or groin surgeries
5. Transplants requiring high-up implantation to Aorta, IVC, and or common iliac vessels.
