- •1) Adults of Americal society of anesthesiologists (ASA)
- •class I and II (ages 19-75) 2) Subjects scheduled to undergo elective
- •laparoscopic liver resection under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1) Under 18 years 2) Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg / m 2
- •or <18.5 kg / m 2 3) Those who are in contravention of nerve root block -
- •Subjects with a history of allergic or hypersensitive reactions to local
- •anesthetics - Subjects with bleeding tendency - Subjects who are using
- •anticoagulants 4) Drug addiction or alcoholism 5) Severe liver, kidney, 6)
- •Pregnant and lactating women 7) Emergency surgery
