Inclusion Criteria
All trauma patient age group 18 year to 65 year of either sex need intensive care unit support with or without mechanical ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not giving informed consent
Brain dead patients
Failure to follow-up
CCU stay or mortality with in 24 hour of admission

Name Time Method To determine the association of arterial lactate level with in-hospital mortality <br/ ><br>after discharge from CCU.Timepoint: At time of admission and then every 12 hourly till the patients discharge,transfer or death
