ASA physical status II and III patients.
BMI: 30-39.9 kg/m²
Elective Surgery <2 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
Inter incisor gap < 3 cm
Head and neck surgery
Respiratory, cardiovascular disease
Airway pathology.
Patients with risk of aspiration.
