Patients with clinical suspicion of chronic suppurative otitis media
Exclusion Criteria
Congenital ear disease
Trauma and neoplastic growth involving middle ear
Pregnant patients
Granulomatous disease involving the middle ear
Patients who had previously undergone middle ear operation
