Inclusion Criteria
1.All antenatal women with laboratory confirmed Dengue virus infection, irrespective of their gestational age.
2.Women who give consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.All pregnant women with dengue positive, who does not report for follow up.
2.Women who refuses for the study.
3.Those cases from medical records with any missing data for study proforma.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.miscarriage, preterm labor, intrapartum and postpartum complications <br/ ><br>2.thrombocytopenia and bleeding manifestations, amount of blood and blood products transfused during pregnancy and postpartum. <br/ ><br>3.blood parameters specifically indicating DIC, ARF, liver injury, ICU admissions, and maternal mortality. <br/ ><br>4.the effect of oligohydramnios due to dengue fever on pregnancy. <br/ ><br>5.obstetrical and medical complications are high in reporting late or in late diagnosis of dengue fever <br/ ><br>Timepoint: nov 2017 to oct 2018
