Inclusion Criteria
Adults above 18 years of age
Both Gender
Healthy individuals with BMI 18.5 to 29.9.
Those who are willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
Hamstring tightness
Any Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders that affects study results
Any recent trauma to LL or spine (e.g. fractures)
Recent Spine or LL surgeries
Pregnant females
Diabetes mellitus
