Inclusion Criteria
Age : 18- 50 years of age.
Both male and female subjects.
College Students and teachers involved in web based learning-teaching during the pandemic.
Exclusion Criteria
-history of significant musculoskeletal trauma, deformity like scoliosis, any systemic illness like rheumatoid, osteoarthritis.
-history of COVID -19.
-Teachers having less than one year of teaching experience.
