入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis stage III or IV, grade A
- •2. Interdental clinical attachment loss (CAL) of > 5 mm, probing pocket depth (PPD) of > 5 mm
- •3. Paired intrabony defect of > 3mm depth (including two and three walled-defects)
- •4. Patients undergoing guided tissue regeneration of intrabony defect (Group A and Group B).
- •5. Patients who are ready to give informed consent for blood withdrawal and GCF collection, and willing to undergo treatment and follow-ups.
排除标准
- •1. History of known systemic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, human immunodeficiency virus, bone disorders, immunosuppressive therapy, radiation therapy, cancer, or blood disorders.
- •2. Patients on medications known to affect the outcomes of periodontal therapy.
- •3. Patients who have undergone any surgical periodontal therapy in the preceding 6 months.
- •4. Pregnant or lactating mothers.
- •Use of tobacco in any form
