Inclusion Criteria
Patients with stage III grade B periodontitis according to 2017 world workshop on periodontal and peri implant diseases and conditions.Presence of minimum of 16 natural teeth.Molars with the presence of two wall or three wall intrabony defect less than or equal to 3mm as detected on radiography
Exclusion Criteria
Medically compromised patients
Patients on any medications known to affect the outcomes of periodontal therapy
Insufficient platelet count
Pregnant or lactating women
Smokers or subjects using any form of tobacco
Furcation involvement and mobility more than 3mm
