Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria for Group 1 (healthy individuals)
- •a) Patients age 18\-40 years of age
- •b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions
- •c) Non\-smokers
- •d) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not \>0\.9\)
- •Inclusion Criteria for Group 2 (Experimental Group)
- •a) Patients with carious teeth diagnosed as Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and Heft Parker Scale reading more than 54\.
- •b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions
- •c) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not \>0\.9\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Patients with systemic condition or medical illness
- •b) Patients with periodontitis (Russel’s periodontal Index score \> 0\.9\)
