Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Systemic healthy, non smoker, those who had not take antibiotic/anti\-inflammatory drugs,each half quadrant has at least two permanent teeth

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals with medical disorders such as diabetes mellitus, immunologic disorders, pregnant or nursing females, smokers and those who had antibiotic/anti\-inflammatory drugs or periodontal therapy in the previous 6 months were excluded from the study
