Inclusion Criteria

1.. Patients have history of allergic rhinitis on the basis of “Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma”;itching and nasal obstruction, watery nasal discharge, sneezing, congestion
2. Patients have moderate allergic rhinitis diagnosed by doctor with a minimum total nasal symptom score of 5 points
3. Volunteers wish to participate in the research

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients have ginger allergy.
2. Patients get serious side effects from loratadine.
3. Patients have fever.
4. Patients have respiratory disease such as tuberculosis, nasal polyps.
5. Patients have history of disease: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, severe asthma and gall Stone.
6. Patients have higher than normal value in liver function and renal function.
7. Patients are pregnant or breastfeeding.
8. Immunocompromised patients
9. Patients have taken anti-coagulant, anti-platelet aggregation medications, Macrolides(erythromycin, clarithromycin), Imidazole (ketoconazole, itraconazole, fluconazole), HIV protease inhibitors, Other drugs that inhibit the enzyme CYP450 (cimetidine, metronidazole, zafirlukast, SSRIs)
10. Patients can not stop taking antihistamine or intranasal steroids for 1 week before trial.
11. Communication problems especially listening and interview.
12. The patient cannot be free from the research plan for 14 days.
13. Those who are participating in another research project.
