- •Patient who provides consent
- •Elective cardiac surgeries with LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction) >50%.
- •ASA 1,2 and 3patients
排除标准
- •Paediatric patients
- •Patient refusal to provide consent for study
- •Emergency cardiac surgery
- •Reexploration surgeries
- •Patient allergic to study drug
- •Patient on any antidepressant ,antipsychotics, history of adrenal insufficiency
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients having history of drug abuse
