Inclusion Criteria

Primary headache:
- tension headache
- Migraine without aura
- idiopathic stabbing headache
- Duration: no restriction
- VAS: minimum value 3
- Gender: male and female
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 65 years
- Duration: no restriction
- Treatment-patient relationship: first contact
- HIT-6 questionnaire score> 45

Exclusion Criteria

all forms of secondary headache
- Primary headache:
- Trigemino-autonomic headache
- cluster headache
- neurological, psychiatric and medical disorders
- acute inflammation
- Coronary heart disease
- skull and facial fracture
- trigeminal
- drug-induced headache
- chronic immunological diseases
- malignant tumor disease
- Acute symptoms, such as influenza, cold
- Traumatic brain injury
- pregnancy
