Mothers whose infants are less than 37 weeks gestational age, and discharged from the nicu.
The mother do not have a mental illness and anti-anxiety medication.
The mother has completed written consent for the presence of a nurse with a baby at home.
Mothers whose home is in the city of Isfahan.
Mothers who are not able to bring their babies at home when they are being discharged for various reasons Or have lost the power of baby care.

Name Time Method The mean of depression scores in the mothers. Timepoint: Measuring the mean depression mothers 3 to 4 days before discharge and up to 72 hours after the discharge of the baby from the nicu. Method of measurement: DASS 21 questionnaire.;The mean of sterss scores in the mothers. Timepoint: Measuring the mean stress mothers 3 to 4 days before discharge and up to 72 hours after the discharge of the baby from the nicu. Method of measurement: DASS 21 questionnaire.;The mean of anxity scores in the mothers.
