Inclusion Criteria

All mothers aged 18 or over , have the ability to read and write and there are deficiencies that prevent the mother from taking care of the baby ...
Mothers whose infants are less than 37 weeks gestational age, and discharged from the nicu.
The mother do not have a mental illness and anti-anxiety medication.
The mother has completed written consent for the presence of a nurse with a baby at home.
Mothers whose home is in the city of Isfahan.

Exclusion Criteria

Mothers who are not able to bring their babies at home when they are being discharged for various reasons Or have lost the power of baby care.
Mothers who have a bad condition for their baby and need to be re-admitted.
Mothers who are reluctant to continue study after the start of the study.

The mean of depression scores in the mothers. Timepoint: Measuring the mean depression mothers 3 to 4 days before discharge and up to 72 hours after the discharge of the baby from the nicu. Method of measurement: DASS 21 questionnaire.;The mean of sterss scores in the mothers. Timepoint: Measuring the mean stress mothers 3 to 4 days before discharge and up to 72 hours after the discharge of the baby from the nicu. Method of measurement: DASS 21 questionnaire.;The mean of anxity scores in the mothers. Timepoint: Measuring the mean anxity mothers 3 to 4 days before discharge and up to 72 hours after the discharge of the baby from the nicu. Method of measurement: DASS 21 questionnaire.
