Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- Patient(e) âgé(e) de plus de 18 ans ayant des métastases hépatiques d’un cancer colo\-rectal, synchrones ou métachrones, résécables
  • •\- Echographie de contraste réalisée dans les 2 à 3 semaines précédant l’intervention chirurgicale
  • •\- Patient ayant signé un consentement éclairé

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Contre\-indications à la chirurgie hépatique
  • •\-Contre\-indications à l’injection de Sonovue®
  • •\-Contre\-indications à l’IRM
  • •\-Contre\-indications à l’injection d’un chélate de gadolinium
  • •\-Contre\-indications à l’injection d’un oxyde de fer superparamagnétique (SPIO)
  • •\-Patient n’ayant pas donné son consentement écrit
  • •\-Femme enceinte ou allaitante
