Of 32 injections performed through modified anterolateral approach and other 32 injections performed through conventional anterolateral approach, both of needle introduction pain and needle injection pain score (VAS) from modified anterolateral approach ( 2.94 +- 1.32 and 2.03 +- 1.66 , respectively ) are less than conventional anterolateral approach (4.03 +- 1.69 and 3.50+- 2.17 , respectively ) significantly ( P-Value 0.005 and P-Value 0.003 , respectively).

1.Primary bilateral osteoarthritis of knees K-L grade 1-4
2.No difference more than 1 grade between both knees
1.Difference more than 1 grade between both knees [K-L classification]
2.Unable to flex knee to 90 degree
3.Hyaluronic acid allergy
4.On antiplatelet or anticoagulant
-Skin infection at injection site
