Children and adolescents with the following ICD-10 F diagnoses (also possible as secondary diagnosis):
- F20 Schizophrenia
- F90 ADHD / hyperkinetic disorder
- F91 Conduct disorders
- F92 Mixed disorders of conduct and emotions
- F94.1 ff (Reactive) attachment disorder of childhood
- F32.1 ff moderate depressive episodes
- F33 recurrent depressive disorder
- F40/41 anxiety and phobic disorders
- F42 Obsessive-compulsive disorder
- F43.1 Post-traumatic stress disorder
- F44 Dissociative disorders;
Sufficient communication skills in German (patients of at least 11 years are queried via self-survey, patients under 11 years of age are questioned via external survey by their caregiver who needs sufficient knowledge of the German language);
Rehabilitation payed by the DRV-BW
Insufficient knowledge of the German language;
Children and adolescents with certain other diagnoses that occur in addition to one or more of the above-mentioned ICD-10 F diagnoses:
- Dependence syndrome (F1x.2)
- Personality disorder from F60 - F63, excluding F63.3 and F63.8
- early childhood developmental disorder (F84.0, F84.2, F84.4, excl. F84.5) and mental retardation;
Highly intensive individual therapeutic work, continuous 1:1 care, acute need for treatment as well as acute self- and/or external danger;
Control group: Participation in ADHD training from May 2018 during their rehabilitation stay between May and October 2018, as this was already implemented in standardized form from the new treatment concept as a test run.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The ability to participate in school as the primary target criterion.<br>Measurement is based on a questionnaire survey (self and/or external survey), in which, among other things, the measuring instruments KINDL and parts of the SDQ are used.<br><br>Intervention group:<br>- Survey at the beginning of rehabilitation (t1)<br>- Survey at the end of rehabilitation (t2)<br>- Follow-up survey two years after rehabilitation (t3)<br><br>Control group:<br>- Follow-up survey two years after rehabilitation (t3)<br><br>In addition, a secondary data evaluation of selected routinely collected case data (e.g. parts of the discharge report) of all participating children and adolescents is carried out.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Health status, quality of life and life satisfaction, disease management, expectations of the rehabilitation program, subjective prognosis and treatment success as well as satisfaction with the rehabilitation treatment and the treatment process are to be defined as secondary objectives. These are also collected via questionnaire surveys of the intervention and control group and on the basis of routinely collected case data (see primary endpoint for further details) as well as via qualitative interviews with treating specialists at the rehabilitation clinic.
