1. Symptoms: pain: low back pain with radiation pain in one or both lower limbs; with or without limited lumbar motion, abnormal posture. With or without numbness and weakness of lower limbs; with or without sensory disturbance of urination and defecation or sensory disturbance of sellar area; signs: signs related to sciatic nerve compression, local tenderness, limited joint activity; with or without sensory disturbance, muscle strength decline, muscle atrophy along the compressed sciatic nerve; with or without abnormal gait. Imaging: confirmed by CT or MRI of lumbar vertebra, it was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation;
2. Patients aged 60-70 years old (including 60 and 70 years old);
3. Patients with lumbar tuberculosis, piriformis syndrome, lumbar spondylolisthesis grade II or above, chronic lumbar muscle strain, lumbar tumor, lumbar fracture, severe osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases causing lumbocrural pain were excluded;
4. Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation requiring surgery were excluded: prolapsed posterior longitudinal ligament type, prolapsed posterior longitudinal ligament type and free type;
5. Patients with other organic diseases were excluded.
1. Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation who need surgical treatment;
2. The patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system were complicated with brain trauma, chest and abdominal organs and spinal trauma, Patients with unstable vital signs or disturbance of consciousness; patients with cancer at present or in the past five years; patients with severe ischemic heart disease, heart failure, frequent severe epilepsy or respiratory failure; patients with water electrolyte and acid-base balance disorder; such as clinically significant heart rate abnormality, unstable angina pectoris, etc;
3. Patients with pacemakers and other implanted medical devices; patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction who can not support exercise therapy;
4. Patients with severe peripheral nerve injury, limb fracture, etc., which may affect the neurological and motor function examination; other patients who can not have neurological and motor function examination;
5. Pregnant women;
6. Patients who are mentally and legally incapacitated, or can not understand the treatment consent for other reasons.
