Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients older than 18 years of age who presented to the ED with a chief complaint of acute chest pain.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient younger than 18 years of age.
  • •2\.Patients having documented evidence of a traumatic cause for chest pain.
  • •3\.Patients with any diagnosed structural heart disease.
  • •4\.Patients having past history of ischemic chest pain.
