Inclusion Criteria
Patients older than 18 years of age who presented to the ED with a chief complaint of acute chest pain.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient younger than 18 years of age.
2.Patients having documented evidence of a traumatic cause for chest pain.
3.Patients with any diagnosed structural heart disease.
4.Patients having past history of ischemic chest pain.

Name Time Method We expect to see that the Max Chest Pain Rule is unique in its ability to identify very-low-risk chest pain ED patients who are suitable for early discharge within 2 hours of presentation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: AFTER 6 MONTHS WE WOULD COLLECT <br/ ><br>THE DATA ALL TOGETHER
