1. In the past 1 year, the physical examination was healthy, and the healthy volunteers should have no low back or lower limb discomfort in the past six months.
2. The age is between 20 and 50 years old, and the gender is not limited.
3. Informed consent, voluntarily tested. The process of obtaining informed consent should be in accordance with ethical principles.
1. Patients with primary or secondary infectious diseases, such as cholecystitis and pneumonia.
2. There have been chronic pain in the lower back, chronic pain in the lower extremities, and patients with pain in the lower back and lower extremities in the past six months.
3. Those with serious diseases of cardiovascular, hepatobiliary, lung, kidney and blood system.
4. Pregnant, lactating women.
5. Large areas of skin damage/scarring on the back and lower extremities are not suitable for acupuncture.
6. Persons who has a history of fainting caused by acupunture, can not accept acupuncture.
7. Persons with disabilities prescribed by law (blind, deaf, dumb, mental retardation, mental disorder, physical disability).
